• Phishing, fraud, or illegal activities
• High-risk messaging (e.g., OTPs for financial services require approval)

2. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee:

• 99.5% monthly uptime for API services
• 95% delivery rate to valid Nigerian numbers
• 48-hour support response time for paid accounts

3. Pricing & Payments

Key terms:

• All SMS charges are non-refundable once sent
• Prices subject to change with 30-day notice
• Enterprise contracts require 3-month minimum commitment
